This privacy policy describes how GREEN FUEL TRADING SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, with registered office at Jana Matejki 30 / 1, 87-100 Toruń, Polska (hereinafter "GFT" or the "Controller"), collects, processes and stores personal data of users visiting the greenft.eu website and of persons contacting GFT via this website.
1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is GREEN FUEL TRADING SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, registered in the Polish court register (KRS) under number 0001086549, tax number 9562390554, statistical number 527720723, with its registered office at Jana Matejki 30 / 1, 87-100 Toruń, Polska. The controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer — this is not required under Article 37 GDPR for an entity of our type.
2. Purposes and legal bases
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- Responding to a commercial enquiry sent via the contact form or by email — legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps at the data subject's request prior to entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent through checkboxes in the form).
- Business operations and contract performance — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).
- Accounting and tax obligations — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation under Polish accounting and tax law).
- Direct marketing of our own products and services, including sending commercial information — only with your separate consent — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and Article 10 of the Polish Act on electronic services.
- Legitimate interests of the controller — pursuing or defending claims, website analytics — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3. Scope of data
We collect only data needed for the purposes above:
- name (or company name);
- email address;
- phone number (optional);
- message content and information about the fuel of interest and estimated volume;
- technical browser data, IP address, visit information (site analytics).
4. Retention period
We keep your data only for as long as needed to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected:
- commercial enquiries without further engagement — up to 12 months from last contact;
- contract-related data — for the term of the contract and for 5 years after termination (tax obligation);
- accounting data — 5 years from the end of the financial year in which the accounting event occurred;
- marketing consents — until withdrawn.
5. Recipients of data
Your data may be shared with:
- IT service and hosting providers (Vercel Inc., USA — under EU Standard Contractual Clauses);
- transactional email provider (Resend, Inc., USA — under EU Standard Contractual Clauses);
- accounting office and tax advisers;
- law firm in the event of pursuing or defending claims;
- public authorities where required by law.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy;
- rectify (correct) your data;
- erase your data ("right to be forgotten");
- restrict processing;
- data portability;
- object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR;
- withdraw consent at any time (without affecting lawfulness of prior processing);
- lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the Polish DPA (UODO).

greenft.eu uses cookies in a minimal scope — only technical cookies required for the site to function. We do not use cookies for marketing or tracking without your consent.
